Appointments
Do you take new patients?
Yes, new patients are welcome. Tell us when you book that it's your first visit, and we'll set aside a little extra time.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a form of ID and a list of any medicines you take. If you have recent dental records or X-rays, bring those too. Arrive a few minutes early so you're not rushed.
Can I be seen on the same day?
We keep urgent slots free every weekday morning. See urgent care for what to do and what to tell us.
How do I cancel or change an appointment?
Message us as early as you can and we'll find a new time. A real clinic lists its own cancellation terms.
Costs
How much does a visit cost?
Each treatment has a starting price on the treatments page. Your dentist explains any further treatment and its cost before anything begins.
Which payment methods and insurers do you accept?

Is an X-ray always needed?
No. If an X-ray would help, we suggest one and you decide. It starts from EUR 15 in this sample.
Comfort and care
I'm nervous. Can you help?
Yes. Lots of people feel nervous about the dentist. Choose what would help on the comfort menu and we'll note it with your booking. You can stop any time by raising a hand.
Can I bring my children?
Yes. Children are welcome, and a parent or guardian stays with them. Tell us their age when you book and we'll find a suitable time. Your dentist will advise.
Is whitening right for everyone?
Not always. That's why it starts with a consultation. Your dentist looks at your teeth and gums and tells you whether it suits you. Your dentist will advise.

Is there parking and step-free access?
Parking is nearby and the entrance is step-free. Tell us if you need anything to make your visit easier.
When are you open?
Monday to Friday 08:30–19:00, Saturday 09:00–13:00, closed on Sunday. See find us.
